1. General Provisions

1.1

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between The Corner GmbH and its customers via the online shop or in the physical store.

1.2

Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless The Corner GmbH expressly agrees to them in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract

3.1

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to order.

3.2

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is only concluded upon our acceptance via email confirmation or upon dispatch of the goods.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

4.1

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT.

4.2

The following payment methods are available in the online shop:

• PayPal
• Bank transfer
• Purchase on account (subject to individual approval)

4.3

In the physical store, payments can be made in cash, via debit card (EC-Karte), or by credit card.

5. Delivery and Shipping

5.1

Delivery is made within Germany. The shipping costs will be displayed to the customer during the order process.

5.2

The delivery time is usually [insert delivery time] business days.

6. Retention of Title

Until full payment has been made, the goods remain the property of SEMM UG.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases Only)

7.1

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

7.2

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear declaration to SEMM UG via mail. The Goods can be sent to Matchless Munich, Platzl 5, 80331 Munich on own costs.

7.3

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods purchased in the physical store.

8. Warranty and Liability

8.1

The statutory warranty rights apply.

8.2

Damages resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.

8.3

Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are affected.

10. Final Provisions

10.1

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

10.2

If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the remaining provisions of the contract shall remain unaffected.
