UK - We are in partnership with TNT to provide next day delivery, before noon, to anywhere in the UK for a flat rate of £10.00. This applies to all orders taken before 14:00 from Monday~Friday. In some cases there may be a small delay in the processing of order, due to security checks or unavoidable circumstances.

International - We now ship via TNT to any international location. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any import duty ot taxes in the country destination. Please feel free to e-mail us if you wish to provide us with any additional shipping instructions. We charge a minimum flat rate of £10.00, and we'll notify of any additional cost once we arrange shipment. Once you have received the order, please contact us to arrange to refund of the VAT. This applies only to countries outside the European Community.

Return - If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can issue you with a return authorization code (RAC). We can only issue refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Once you have received the RAC send all the returns to Linea 8 Heath Street Hampstead London NW3 6TE. The product you return must be in unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We don't accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. It is advisable to return items by: registered post/DHL/TNT/UPS, and please keep your proof of postage certificate or airway bill as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that returns costs are the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty and wrong shipped goods.

Please be aware that we do not refund any international customs duties and sales taxes.

Customer's statutory rights are unaffected.
