In order to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, please read this short guide.



Browsing
The home page is the most convenient place to start your shopping.  The easiest way to return to the homepage is by clicking the 'Home' link at the top of every page.  In the left hand column, you will find links to the current and preview collections.  These collections are further sub-divided into mens are womens collections.  Once you click on a collection, you will be shown a list of all the designers therein.  You can then select a designers to see a list of all their products.  The products are further sub-divided according to types of products (coats, dresses, jackets, etc.).  Finally, clicking on any single product will take you to a product descriptoin page, where you will find more pictures of the products, along with a brief description.

Search
Alternatively, you can use the search facility by clicking the "Search" link at the top of every page.  Enter the item you are looking for, and click the 'continue' link to see a list of matching items.

Shopping Bag
Before you can purchase an item you need to add the item to the shopping bag.  You can do this from the product descriptoin page.  Once you are on this page, select the correct size from the drop-down menu, and then click the 'Add to basket' link.  You will then be taken to your shopping bag where you will see the item you have just added to your bag.  You then have the option to continue with your shopping or to proceed to the Checkout to purchase the item in your shopping bag.

You can check what is in your bag at any time by clicking on the 'My Bag' link at the top of the screen. If you want to remove something, simply tick the 'Remove' box next to the item in your shopping bag that you wish to remove, and then click the 'Update' link. This will then remove the products which you selected to be removed.

Checkout
When you have added all items you wish to purchase into your shopping bag, you are ready to checkout.  If this is your first time shopping with us, we recommend you read the terms and conditions, shipping information and privacy policy.  Once you are ready to checkout, click the 'My Bag' link at the top of the page, and then click the 'Checkout' button on that page.  You will now be taken to our secure payment system.

Create an Account
If this is your first time shopping with us, you will first need to register your details and create an account with us.  In order to do this, click the continue button under the New Customer column.  Registration is quick and easy and you only have to do it once.

If you are a returning customer, you only need to enter your email address and password.  The rest of the information is stored with us for your convenience.

If you are an existing customer but you want your order to be shipped to an alternative address, you do not have to set up a new account.  You can continue to the checkout with your existing account, and simply select an alternative delivery address on the next page.

Payment
Once you click continue, you will then be asked to enter your payment details.  You will need to use one of the following types of cards: MasterCard, Visa or Switch, and most major cards.  We do not yet accept American Express, but we will do so shortly.  If for any reason you are unable to complete payment, please email us and we will arrange payment by telephone.
